So I installed cIOS56-64-v5146-rev14.wad to get Guitar Hero 5 and Rock Band The Beatles to work.

My question, does that WAD negatively affect play on any other games? Or can I keep this installed with no worries?

All that does is have a copy of IOS56 installed that happens to be DIP'd with rev14, I think. I assume that means you could play it with the disc channel, but I'm not sure. I know I had to install the IOS56 ripped off the GH5 disc to get rid of the #002 error.

Since it's the newest IOS with extras, it should not affect anything so you can just keep it there.

The ios you installed let's you play those two games as backups or originals from the disc channel. As far as I'm concerned, it will not affect any other game AT ALL because they are the only two games to run off that particular IOS
