Some emulators have rudimentary cheats but you can also hardpatch them into the rom using something like CCCGP:

you wont get anywhere in life by cheating.
but if you must, for some cheats you can load the rom in an emulator on the computer, use the cheat there to get an item, max gold, higher level, whatever, and put the save in the snes save folder.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
