I dont' care how you got it but I would like to know what firmware version it ships with and if you have tried any dsi compatible flash carts?
Do you seriously think that because you got a DSi before street date that Nintendo would ban your console?
And, yeah, if you happen to have a DSi flashcart can you give it a go for us and see if it's compatible or not?

They aren't open, it was the same for Europe. I bought my DS on April 1st and I can connected for the first time on April 3rd.

It came with the firmware version 1.2 . I had to update to 1.3 to access the DSiWare Store, but they gave me 1000 free Nintendo Points. My Acekard 2i still hasn't arrived.
