i have a friend that wants me to install cfw on his psp, which is the red GOW psp, but im afraid of what might happen if i try to hack it if it IS indeed a 3000. anyway to determine if it is or not?

The red God of War PSP is a 2000, it is also hackable.

A Red God Of War PSP is indeed hackable.

Even if it wasn't the exploit wouldn't negatively effect a PSP3000...it just wouldn't do anything.
