There is some tools that patchs the ISO directly without needing Trucha Signer.
DaveMode said:It seems like almost every new game that's being released nowadays has the code that can cause the Error 001. If you have a chip gives you the Error 001, you got 2 choices:
1) Set up Trucha and Generic Wii patcher and take the 2 minutes it takes to patch the iso yourself.
2) Beg for a ppf patch for every new game that comes out.
Personally I chose option 1.
Just this week I picked up 2 Wii iso's (We Skii and Emergency Heroes) and both will give Error 001 for older and un-updated chips.
Could I make a ppf patch for Boom Blox? Sure, it'd take me a few minutes and all... but I choose not to since it's so easy for people to just fix it themselves.

mikeyt1998 said:i think the real question here is this... why do you want to play boom blox? XD lol.
to me the UK avertisment makes it seem like a game that should be failing without help of backup games being played on modchips XD
i mean, the kids are so obviously faking having fun, its like someones put a gun to their head and said, 'pull this jenga block an cmile or i'll kill you' lmao

I now how to use trucha but he i'snt opening the boom blox iso.
Dack said:Not necessarily. Trucha has problems with some iso images due to file and partition information e.g. Mario Kart.
Try using one of the other disc apps to see if it can open the disc correctly.

If Trucha opens your other iso's fine but doesn't open this one then you got a bad iso. Redownload and try again.
Dack said:Um....just use wiiscrubber 1.21 to open and modify the iso.
(I didn't wan't to say it outright due to the fact I wrote it but it's now got 'trucha' capabilities - though a LOT slower at present)
