I can't find anywhere that has Commando: Steel Disaster in stock atm, and it was released on the 30th of May?
It's release date got bumped to August 19th, which is why you can't find it

So how's the game?
Well... 30 mins in, and... well... it's slow. It's got the Summon Night atmosphere, but the great combat from the GBA series isn't present. Instead, we get this tiring click to attack, then wait till it dies form of combat. Makes it feel kinda dull..

That's the first the ever I see this error.
Anyone else got this? (I'm using DSTT)

Edit: Nevermind, 1.10 fixed it.

Here's what I posted in the "official" thread:

"Wow, this game totally reminded me why I hate RPGs. I think I killed 5 creatures in the first 30 minutes of play, but read a novel's worth of dribble written by some shut-in otaku. It got a lot more fun after that, though. The menu system could be streamlined a bit (putting and using items in the quick-menu thing is a breeze, but doing anything else is sub-menu hell), but the actual battling and stuff is pretty damn fun. Reminds me of Diablo for nerds. Ok, Diablo was for nerds, so I mean Diablo for anime nerds. I'll keep playing it for now, like Soma Bringer I can just barely manage to enjoy the gameplay enough to ignore the story and theme."

Definitely worth trying, and probably worth buying if this is your sorta thing.

I've played until now. It is pretty cool, i've just finished chapter 4. The only downside is that the charachters level up in a very FAST way... For the rest is like Diablo, but with faster movements and attacks.

Sigh, having issues running it on M3Sakura. I'll give you my opinions once I figure out how to get it working. From the get go I'm a little disappointed that the combat isn't the same as the originals.

The SRPGs, or the GBA Swordcraft Story spinoffs?

Can't get this to work on my G6 Lite. Updated to latest manager & firmware, and tried with safe mode and with out. No luck. I'll give it one more shot, now without force r/w (it has it automatically enabled)

I haven't played diablo before, so without that comparison in mind, i reckon this is a great game in its own, story is typical fantasy story so far, nothing epic..only at chapt 5 though, gameplay is..aweesomeeeeeeee!@#! lol AI can be a bit or very sucky at times, i mean for the spells part, it can be either set as use spells or dont use spells, if u set it to use, then i found my partner just spams all the spells on any weak enemy, and then run low on sp, but good thing is that u can just set it to not use spells, and u can easily change control to ur partner by tapping the icon. I don't know if you can control any people other than your partner, i've had up to 4 ppl in my party, but could only use yourself and your partner.
But at the end of each chapter, you can see your relationship rise with your partner and other characters, probably depending on what answer you choose during the events.
