Just be careful ordering batteries from them. I ordered what was SUPPOSED to be a 2000mah battery and received a 1500mah battery instead. To be honest, the battery doesn't seem to be as good as the 1000mah original.

For guaranteed quality, just get an official Nintendo replacement battery.

No third party battery will work as official replacement..They all can 2000mah, or even more..but if they add hour or so to gaming, lifetime of the battery is drastically shorter!!

Don't buy third party batteries, ESPECIALLY not from dealextreme. They're all listed badly, and have not even half of the mAh that they're listed as.

The 12k mAh one is reported to have barely 1k mAh

I have been to stores in Singapore, The Netherlands, Germany and even Japan itself, but from what I know and have seen there are no Nintendo made replacement batteries anywhere at any store. If you are lucky Hori might make or has already made one.

Also I'd like to mention the Radioshack DS battery also isn't an official Nintendo product if you look closely at the photo you'll see the battery was made for Radioshack.

Like others have said, just stick to the official Nintendo battery. There's no sense in trying to cheap out. You'll only get disappointed (and spend more money) in the long run.

I agree. Getting Official one will prob. be best. Like nicky041192, I think it would be intresting to see how the Radio shack one rates to the original. only diff I can see is that Nintendo one is 850mAH and the Radio shack one is 750mAH. I think the Official DS lite ones are 1000mAH.
