Yes yes I know, this is the GBA or NDS rom hacking board. But as far as I know, I have yet to stumble across a board that comprises of psp game translations. Heck, I don't think I've ever seen a translation for any psp game period. So if you guys know of any please direct me on my way! Thanks.

thats because the ds has sold 40m more copies...

owned.

ds units sold 70.6m

psp units sold 31m
Makes a lot of sense, seeing as you're gonna obviously buy the game then apply the translat-oh wait. Sales figures are irrelevant.

they are relevant, though. more units sold = bigger community.

moron

Not necessarily. If a system is hard to program for, it's sales figures will be irrelevant, and the community will be extremely small. If you want to go off of sales figures alone, the PS2's community should be massive.

Also, there's no need for name calling.

edit:

Also, patched DS roms can be played by anyone with a DS and a good slot-1 flash card. However, to play translated PSP games, you'd have to patch an ISO, and be able to play it. Limitations such as memory card size, access to those ISOs, or inability to flash your PSP with a custom firmware keep some from being able to potentially play translations.

Just go somewhere else for your PSP needs....thats what I do. I started on the PSP, and then when I found out you can hB on the DS, I ordered me a cartridge right away! Then I found this site and many others

Side-Note
I havent even seen many ISO Translations in a long time...not many people do that anymore, well on the site that I go to.(for the PSP)

The same $50 you spend on a DS flashcard could be spent on a PSP spare battery and you are ready to go with PSP patches. Obviously you need the appropriate memory card in both cases.

Well... actually, there is a PSP translation. An italian team is translating FFT War of the Lions from English to Italian. But, i don't know of other translations.

Silly enough, I get more posts in this thread on the wrong board than in my other thread on the psp board. =p

Edit: And thanks for the link to the translation. I'm going to check it out no matter what kind of game it is since it's the first psp translation I've heard of!
