Hi everyone,
I wanted to share two Nintendo 64 homebrew projects I've been working on related to the Transfer Pak.
The first is libtrpak, a modern and actively maintained library for communicating with Game Boy and Game Boy Color cartridges through the Nintendo 64 Transfer Pak.
It is intended for N64 homebrew developers who want a cleaner and more up-to-date way to work with the Transfer Pak.
https://github.com/alexishida/libtrpak
The second project is gb-transfer-dumper, a practical example built using libtrpak.
It allows you to use a real Nintendo 64, a Transfer Pak, and a SummerCart64 to dump Game Boy and Game Boy Color ROMs and save data directly to the SummerCart64 microSD card.
https://github.com/alexishida/gb-transfer-dumper
Both projects are open source and written in C.
I'm sharing them here because I figured the GBATemp community might be interested in the homebrew, cartridge dumping, preservation, and hardware side of the projects.
Feedback, testing, bug reports, and contributions are very welcome.
Thanks!
