Hi everyone, I’m new here. All in all, there have been both good and bad moments. But there’s no need to make a big deal of it, so, as things stand, it is no longer that important

eBay. Some Chinese seller wasn’t responding to my messages since package was late for days (it was being held for some strange reason, I ordered a kit for modding a GBA SP without a battery). They replied and in a couple of hours everything was resolved. I was sad to some degree that I didn’t receive that kit but oh well…Also Japanese sellers are one of the nicest sellers out there and everything goes by quickly and flawlessly. My packages arrive like they are brand new

When an online store gave me a full refund on my RMA'd RTX 2080 Super, that was pretty sweet. The card was worth much less than half of that used. I immediately put that money towards a 4070 Ti I would not have been able to afford otherwise.
I've had a few experiences like that but not on large purchases like that, warranty is really good here. But usually they'll give you an equivalent replacement product if they can't fix it because it's cheaper for them, so it's always nice when they give you a full refund instead.

Had an odd experience with one particular online store recently where somehow a Ryzen 7800X3D ended up in the box with my order. OEM version, no packaging. They obviously wanted it back but they somehow managed to give me a full refund on my order, must've clicked a wrong button when processing the "return" or something. Can't complain :P

Also, while Amazon's customer support is generally terrible, I did get double refunded for some RAM few years ago. So I had about $280 or so in store credit to spend along with a full refund sent to my card. They never asked for any of it back. Sometimes their incompetence can work out in favor of the customer
