Ah, you beat me to that one!

So they'll modify the app for Trump so that if he wants to make a typical message, he just farts it out on the net without any delays. But if he's going to give information that he'll be giving government funds to a specific company, thus increasing the stock, he'll have an option so that it'll first go out to paid insider traders, I mean subscribers, who will then buy those stocks.

He's literally openly selling insider information! The title of the thread stands: Trump continues to cement himself as the most corrupt US president in history. What an absolute shitshow the US has become.

Hard to believe that the 50th anniversary of Watergate was last month. As a lot of people opined, if it happened today, it probably wouldn't even be the lead story. My, have times (and the US) changed!

Holy corruption, I love that Trump is so open and proud of his corruption and the US will do nothing about it.

I'll be shocked if he doesn't get 3rd a term

At that point, it wouldn't be a third term. It would be him being installed until he dies. Luckily for us, he doesn't look like he'll make it to 2028. The damage he's done to the system will be documented for generations and will take years to fix.

Just saw the gas here and it was 1,77CDN/L which in USD/Gallon would be $4.77. 100% due to Trump and his failed illegal war. If it goes to $5 I wouldn't be surprised if the entire world starts revolting against him.

Bexit was much more of a structural change to the entire system, and much more difficult to reverse. It would also require the UK to basically admit they were wrong to get out of something that was beneficial, so that is near impossible.

Some of what Trump has done would be fast to reverse. If the Democrats sweep the elections and have a super majority, they will need to steam-roll things quickly. Especially that corrupt supreme court.

Not sure I would go and whitewash what they did. They literally broke into the DNC headquarters to plant bugs. Then when it was found out, the president tried to squash investigations into it.

Compared to what's happened recently it may seem smaller, but it's still quite a huge illegal scandal. If anything, Dan Quale deserves a huge apology for being taken out of the running for misspelling "potato".

True, the Watergate scandal was deserved regardless of its scale vs. recent issues. Nixon didn't know they were doing it, but after the fact he was complicit with the coverup. At least that time there were consequences.
