Issue trying to jailbreak 11.00 with P4 Tool - Internet Connection Failed

Hoping someone knows a fix as I am struggling to jailbreak my Phat PS4 with 11,00 using a P4 Tool.

I have the P4 tool plugged into the ethernet port at the back of the PS4.

USB key with GoldHen plugged into the front USB port.

If I go to "View Connection Status" I can see the IP address as 10.1.1.2, Subnet 255.0.0.0, Default Gateway 10.1.1.1, Primary DNS 8.8.8.8, Secondary DNS 8.8.4.4

When I setup a Internet connection, I go through the prompts choose PPOE, username and Password are: ppp and the rest of the settings set to Automatic.

It is successful in obtaining an IP address but constantly fails at the next step: Internet Connection. It goes to "Checking" then comes up as "Failed".

Has anyone come across this before?
 
I am literally experiencing the same issue as you are. This happened to me after i updated my p4 tool, the ip adress was previously 42.42.42.42 and somehow it kinda worked but it still crashed and that's when i decided to update it. However i couldn't find a solution. Have you found one yet?

I have also tried emailing the company website to see if they know how to fix it. However nothing seems to work for me.

yes I did manage to sort it out.

First off I flashed the P$ Tool with the pppwn_luckfox_v1.2.6_pico_plus_image_web_FW_9.00-11.00.7z image
Boot your PS4 and Plug the tool in via the network port and plug the usb cable into the PS4. plug your USB Key also into the PS4 with GOLD hen bin file on it.

Go to Network and create a connection, Choosing LAN cable, Auto for the other optional PPOE username as : ppp and password as: ppp.

When you get the option to test the connection, ignore it and exit out.

At this point you can check the IP address is assigned under System,

Now, oen webrowser and browse to 10.1.1.1

Click on PPPwn. And it should now run the exploit, takes around 2-3 mins. You will see it say No Networkl or something like that akin. Eventually it will pop up with PPPWN and will tell you Goldhen has been installed.

Hello, my P4 used to work fine but then I'm having the issue of "cannot connect within time limit" too. Originally I was powering my P4 tool with a USB adapter plugged into a power strip. The cable provided with P4 isn't long enough to reach front of PS4.

I tried re-flashing my P4 with Luckfox 1.2.6 and updating GoldHEN, that didn't change anything.

When I go to WWW and type in 10.1.1.1 i get an error message. There is no PPPPwn to click on.

For anybody else with this problem in the future I just fixed it by swapping my usbA to usbc cord to a different one and it suddenly started working. The wire works fine on other things. Not even the Ethernet. Guess it wasn’t supplying enough power or maybe too much?
