Hi everyone!

I’m happy to share my Nintendo Switch port of Sonic Triple Trouble 16-Bit.

This is a wrapper/port of the Android version of Sonic Triple Trouble 16-Bit for the Nintendo Switch.

Important:
This release does not include any game assets, APK, or original game code.
You need to obtain the Android version of Sonic Triple Trouble 16-Bit and provide the required files yourself.

Required game files:
You will need the Android arm64-v8a APK from version 1.2.8 of Sonic Triple Trouble 16-Bit.

You can get the original Android release from the official Game Jolt page:

From the APK, you need:

lib/arm64-v8a/libyoyo.so
lib/arm64-v8a/libc++_shared.so
The full assets/ folder from the APK
The APK file itself, renamed to game.apk

Installation:

  • Create this folder on your SD card:
  • sdmc:/switch/stt16bit_nx/

  • Copy libyoyo.so to:
  • sdmc:/switch/stt16bit_nx/libyoyo.so

  • Copy libc++_shared.so to:
  • sdmc:/switch/stt16bit_nx/libc++_shared.so

  • Copy the contents of the APK's assets/ folder to:
  • sdmc:/switch/stt16bit_nx/assets/

  • Copy the APK file itself to the same folder and rename it to:
  • sdmc:/switch/stt16bit_nx/game.apk

  • Copy stt16bit_nx.nro to:
  • sdmc:/switch/stt16bit_nx/

Notes:

This port will not work in applet mode / Album mode.
Please launch the Homebrew Menu using a game override by holding R while starting any installed game, or use a forwarder.

Save data and config are stored in:
sdmc:/switch/stt16bit_nx/
config.txt is created on first launch.

Configuration:

The config file supports render resolution settings.
