In fact did have it. Disabled i and tried again regenerating and passed successfully.
The system update should be the one in the WiiU console's system settings or on Deccaffeinator (Force Update option)?
Finally went for it and selected option Force Update in Decaffeinator. Ended successfully and sent me to do system update. Did that and completed OK.

Did that and now vWii works.
Mii Channel is also working.

i want to load wiiu menu, because if no sdcard my wiiu is black screen no video, use third menu, only static orange led
