I’m troubleshooting a modded Switch on firmware 22.5.0 with Atmosphère 1.11.2. It is currently using CFW on sysMMC, not emuMMC.

The main issue is that any network activity causes a crash. The console can connect to the router, and at one point the internet test succeeded, but it immediately crashed afterward.

The recurring error is:

Error Code: 2123-0011
Program: 0100000000000025
Firmware: 22.5.0
Atmosphère: 1.11.2

This also happened when booting stock firmware from Hekate, so it does not seem to be caused by a normal Atmosphère sysmodule or homebrew app.

Things already tried:

  • Updated Atmosphère, Hekate, and fusee
  • Fixed mismatched fusee error
  • Replaced the Atmosphère folder with a fresh clean copy
  • Disabled atmosphere/contents
  • Disabled atmosphere/hosts
  • Removed override_config.ini while testing
  • Deleted/re-added Wi-Fi settings
  • Initialized the console
  • Let the Switch delete/rebuild the SD card’s Nintendo data
  • Tried blocking Nintendo with Atmosphère hosts
  • Tried 90DNS
  • Tested both Atmosphère sysMMC and stock firmware
Blocking Nintendo did not fix it. Opening Sphaira also triggered the same network crash, likely because it tried to access the internet.

I checked System Settings → System → Serial Information, and the serial number is blank.

My exosphere.ini has:

[exosphere]
blank_prodinfo_sysmmc=0
blank_prodinfo_emummc=1

So Exosphere should not be blanking sysMMC. That makes me think sysMMC PRODINFO was blanked directly at some point, possibly with Incognito or a similar tool.

The only PRODINFO-related file I found is:

atmosphere/automatic_backups/INVALID_PRODINFO_AF93F114.bin

I also found BISKEYS.bin and a Hekate backup folder with BOOT0/BOOT1, but restore/partitions is empty. I do not have a clean PRODINFO backup that I can find.

At this point, I’m trying to figure out if the blank/missing sysMMC PRODINFO is the cause of the network crashes, and whether there is any practical way to stabilize homebrew internet without an original PRODINFO backup.
