Hacking SYS NAND Serial blank. How to solve things?

Hello to everyone
I recently asked for help with an issue on my Switch. Despite the difficulties I'm having, I have done some research and I believe I figured out what is going on.
I have a modded V1 Switch with Atmosphere 1.7. I’ve always played modded. Now I want to play a game online, a cartridge that I bought. So I booted into my SysNAND, but the console can't connect to the internet: error 2123-0011. My serial number appears completely blank. I can't understand why or how to fix this. I always believed that the mod would only affect the system on the SD card and not the internal system. I'm sure I never installed any cracked games on the internal storage.

I searched on the internet, but I really got lost in the huge amount of information, without getting any closer to solving my issue. What I’ve learned and what I have done is this:

• I made a backup of my eMMC BOOT0 & BOOT1 and eMMC RAW GPP.
• I dumped my Prodinfo with Lockpick.
• I checked my exosphere.ini file: there is blank_prodinfo_sysmmc=0 and blank_prodinfo_emummc=0.
• In my hosts folder I didn’t have any file except for a default.txt, which contains this: # Nintendo telemetry servers 127.0.0.1 receive-%.dg.srv.nintendo.net receive-%.er.srv.nintendo.net

I have read about INCOGNITO but honestly I had never heard about it before today. I found this INCOGNITO tab in Tinfoil, which seems to have modified my serial number. I didn’t try it because I don’t know if my original serial is the one printed on the bottom of the Switch.

The only thing I would love is to go online on the stock firmware. I don’t know how to do it because I don’t understand why it is blocked on my stock firmware. I’m looking for a guide, a procedure to follow, a missing file—or any Deus Ex Machina that could help me solve this problem. Please help me.

You should check your sd card for a file called PRODINFO.bin its in sd/backup/PRODINFO.bin you need to restore that with incognito to fix your issue if you dont have it i think your screwed.

Hello and thanks for your reply. I think i'm screwed? I don't have that file. Never Had i guess. But how is possible that affect the stock firmware?

Because the serial was blanked in your SysMMC

Você deve verificar se há um arquivo chamado PRODINFO.bin no seu cartão SD. Ele está em sd/backup/PRODINFO.bin. Você precisa restaurá-lo no modo anônimo para corrigir o problema. Se você não tiver, acho que você está ferrado.

I have the same problem and I have these two files, can they be of any use?
