
Bigsters are what you get if you step on a regular goldfish before baking. They are thin and wide and flat. Supposedly crispy but mine were a bit stale because they were imported who knows when. Still crispier than regular goldfish. The flavor is indeed "Oriental" and I can't be more specific than that. Ingredients say turmeric, coriander seeds and "spices". All vaguelly exotic but I can't place the combo. A little kick of cayenne pepper as well. Overall pretty good. Would recommend. Would also grind into bowl toppings for rice or salads.
