Is there a gamecube and wii ID database?

Hello, I need to patch some romhacks but I want change their IDs after patching in order to avoid save file conflicts.
Is there a way to know if an ID I want to give is already in use ?

For exemple GC6E is the USA version of Pokémon Colosseum, I would like to know if change it to GC2E would make a conflict with an already existing game with this ID, I know databases for 3DS and Switch, but what about GC/WII ?

If you have downloaded Dolphin, it comes with them as text files packaged in the same folder as the .exe or one of its subfolders, with a .txt for each region/language — that is if you're looking for Wii/GC

I was going to suggest archive.org, but I tried https://www.gametdb.com just now and it worked for me.
