I'm sure the US would like that, though I think Israel threatening to break the deal already by striking Lebanon is bad enough without it being, like, 200% airstrikes.together with its regional partners ( with the split of US bearing -100% and the regional partners 200% )
I doubt Isreal is part of this regional partners ( who is paying the 600b )I'm sure the US would like that, though I think Israel threatening to break the deal already by striking Lebanon is bad enough without it being, like, 200% airstrikes.
Be a bit of a rubbish peace agreement if it doesn't include everyone in the war? Nobody can deny Israel is one of the US's partner in thisI doubt Isreal is part of this regional partners ( who is paying the 600b )
The one that may share the -100%? I suppose so.Be a bit of a rubbish peace agreement if it doesn't include everyone in the war? Nobody can deny Israel is one of the US's partner in this

I'd be more than shocked if Israel ever gives reparation money like that to Iran. They didn't agree to the ceasefire in the first place, and is still attacking in Lebanon. The one that may share the -100%? I suppose so.
There's always a Tweet......
Have to agree with you there. This is something that could eventually lead to a deal, with emphasis on could."A White House spokesperson said the text did not reflect the actual memorandum."
"The semi-official Iranian news agency Tasnim described leaked versions of the draft as inaccurate."
But keep reading into bullshit what you want to be true, and disregard everything else in the BS article by a BS "news" agency, that doesn't confirm your feelings. Listen to the Iranian media. You all obviously hate America.
Nothing is being signed until the 19th.
Aside the 'deal' part, it sounds rather balanced and fair. Of course, compared to pre-war it's terrible, but look at it from Iran's perspective. They've got the shit bombed out of them... You think those buildings, infrastructure, economic losses and lost lives magically replace themselves? Heck no. 300 billion might even be on the low side for repairs. The full text of the agreement has been published.

The US promises to establish a $300 billion reconstruction fund (exact detailed TBD), the ending of all sanctions against Iran, and the end of all attacks against Iran and Lebanon.
Iran reiterates they won't make a nuclear bomb. Like they've always said. And also they will carry on as they are with their nuclear program in the meanwhile. Also they will open the Strait, eventually because there's a shitton of mines in it. And they will start talks about what to do with their uranium.
So, this is not even a full deal, all the importsnt stuff is yet to be discussed, and to even reach this point the US has to offer THREE HUNDRED BILLION and the ending of all sanctions. By any metric, most of all the ones used to judge Obama's deal, this is insane.
Inflation is rough. $2 billion in Iranian funds used to get you a pretty good deal, now it costs $300 billion to even say hi.
also israel just attacked lebanon again
Alright, let's say any articles about the deal are not 100% accurate. The fact of the matter is that Iran seems to be more open with the terms than the US.But keep reading into bullshit what you want to be true, and disregard everything else in the BS article by a BS "news" agency, that doesn't confirm your feelings. No, just MAGA hacks that are actively making the entire world a worse place. You all obviously hate America.

True. But i credit the us nonetheless for putting something on the table that the other side can live with. That's not something you see often in a war. That om sceptic doesn't mean i disaproove.Well yeah, it's fair in the sense that the US did an incredibly stupid thing and there is a cost to that. It is certainly better than continuing hostilities.
But to credit the US for that is like praising the fire department for eventually putting out a fire and saving some of the victims, of a fire they caused. Cool to pay the families some money in that case, but also, maybe this whole thing could have been avoided.
I don't think that money is comforting to the 160 school children that were murdered. I'd also be surprised if the Ayatollahs son isn't a wee-bit pissed that the US murdered his father. Those sort of actions leave a lasting impression that money can't easily smooth over.Cool to pay the families some money in that case, but also, maybe this whole thing could have been avoided.
I think my post may have been overly-casual in tone, sometimes I do that to try and contrast how batshit insane the situation is, but it doesn't come across well.I don't think that money is comforting to the 160 school children that were murdered.
