This error comes when i play my ds for 10-15 minutes. I checked process title Id and its pointing on some system xorpads file. Please help i guess i need to deal with my SD card

That's the game itself crashing. This error happens with any game?
Most likely a bad/corrupted SD card. You can try running Check Disk to check for corruption (for a more in depth scan run chkdsk /F /R /X SD: in command prompt, replacing SD: with the correct drive letter), that might be enough to fix it.

Yes, this error happened for any game. So cheking for corruption didnt find any of them but i guess it worked cuz my ds worked for an hour without any crashes so thank you
 
reinstall latest luma and any luma plugins. redo finalizing steps gm9, install luma to ctrnand, install the two lumalocale cia apps, redo twl fix and update 3ds in recovery mode. last option
Boot your console while holding A + B + X + Y + Up (D-Pad) to do a hard reset, which may clear temporary cache issues.
