Hi everyone,

I'm working on a PS5 Pro (CFI-7xxx, board VSM-010) with a BLOD issue and I'm in need of a clean NOR dump to help with the repair. Here's the full diagnostic context in case it's useful to anyone:

**Symptoms:**
- 1-second beep (BLOD) on power, then immediate shutdown
- On bench PSU: boot sequence stalls at 18–19 mA with original NOR → never progresses
- Injecting 1V on a coil with apparent short: draws 2A immediately, nothing heats up on thermal camera (possible cap short, investigating)
- Swapped in a NOR chip from a PS5 Slim (donor): sequence now reaches 224 mA before dropping back to ~18 mA → confirms SoC is alive but halts, likely due to Slim/Pro config mismatch

**NOR analysis (original dump):**
- File: 2MB, correct size
- Header 0x000000: `SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT INC.` ✅
- SLB2 present at 0x4000, 0x82000, 0x100000, 0x110000 ✅
- NVRAM area (0x1C0000+) intact — serial, board ID, PKG-4026, MACs all readable ✅
- **Zone 0x0040–0x1000: entirely zeroed out** ❌ (partition table / descriptor area — this is what causes PS5 NOR Modifier to report Unknown Board Variant / Unknown Region / Unknown Model)
- Large erased (0xFF) zone: 0x143000–0x1C4000 (~515 KB) — possible interrupted update or worn sectors
- PS5 NOR Modifier confirms: Board Variant = Unknown, Region = Unknown, Model = Unknown

**What I need:**
A clean donor NOR dump for **PS5 Pro, VSM-010 board** (CFI-7xxx). I already have all the unique data from the original NOR (serial, MB serial, WiFi MAC, LAN MAC, PKG variant) so I can transplant them into the donor using a hex editor — standard procedure.

If anyone has done a Pro repair before and kept a sanitized dump, it would be extremely helpful. Happy to share the full analysis for reference if useful to the community.

Thanks in advance!
