Hi everyone, for those interested, I'm developing a framework that enables multiplayer between different types of consoles for homebrew developers. It's still a WIP, but it can already be tested and is working on: Switch, 3DS, PSP, PSVita, Windows, Linux, and Unity (using it as a dynamic library). I still plan to expand support to GC, Wii, WiiU, PS2 (and maybe PS3 and X360).

So awesome! I haven't heard of this when the thread was first posted, but I'm glad I heard about it now.
In the past, I've had some ideas for homebrew/programming projects that could use this kind of functionality. But having to figure out how to use networking libraries always ended up demotivating me.

Thank you so much for creating this! Maybe I'll use it in a homebrew project in the future! And thank you for keeping it simple!

Not sure I understand this correctly - what games can we play? For example? Homebrew ports? Retroarch?

In short, it's a tool designed to make it easy for homebrew developers to create games with crossplay between these platforms.
But depending on the use case, it could also make it easier for multiplayer games released on different platforms to use it as a bridge for crossplay
