SD cards degrade over time and will eventually fail; how quickly depends on anything from the card's quality to how intensely it's used. You're probably running emuNAND off of your SD card, which is really demanding on it.
You should look into getting a new, good quality SD card to replace it. For now don't use the Switch too much, but back up all your saves and screenshots as soon as possible. Don't wait too long, since if it fails you'll start running into real problems like data corruption.

They already answered you, depends on your usage and quality of the sdcard. Do note that not all sdcards are made equal.
