If you updated Aroma, StyleMiiU gets disabled, so even if you update it, it will stay disabled. Open Aroma Plugins Menu, then press X, make sure to activate StyleMiiU again, and finally save the changes. You should need to Turn Off/Restart the console to take effect.
Also happeened to me the themes stopped displaying even after all was working fine again, but solved installing a new Theme.
