Send a plate!! Pozole is very very yummy. Oh my, how I miss my pal Adolfo. He is a Mexican Born chef and used to make for us some real mexican dishes I really love the totopos tomato soup. and the «steak a la pimienta»
Oh yeah, we were running low on cereal here at the hotel, so while Jon got more I made do and mixed what we had at the time to satisfy people who were there and wanted cereal in the meantime.
