Hacking can i run a "normal" factory reset inside of emuMMC?

While inside of emuMMC on the latest ATMS version, if i were to run the Nintendo factory reset would this cause any issues in re launching atmosphere or anything? i just need the emuMMC to be a completely fresh instance and i cant find a straight answer anywhere, lots of places suggesting tegra syswipe script or re creating the whole emuMMC again etc, but no answers on what will happen if i just use a noraml factory reset inside of atmosphere runnign from emuMMC?

I don't think doing a factory reset will affect the emummc.
When you boot into the recovery/maintenance mode, the Switch has no idea that the emummc exists and it will wipe your sysnand / internal emmc.

Yes, just press and keep pressing VOL+ and VOL- after the ATMOSPHERE logo

by factory reset i mean , within emuMMC , then settings>system>factory reset not in a bootloader. will this still apply?

Thanks man, I wasnt sure if it would want to boot to sys after the reset and make it all screwy.
