Most days I skip breakfast entirely because I don't have time, don't feel hungry or I just forgot. But I have started to improve my eating habits and wonder if skipping breakfast really is bad for me.

Nah, that's bullshit from big cereal. Not a joke, you can see research on that claim being funded by Kelloggs.

I quite often don't have breakfast or have something light like a smoothie or fruit. My general go to is porridge with jam or honey.

Don't think, I can have something like a English Brekkie or any kind of fry up as it's too greasy for me now.

Fun fact, Corn Flakes was created as a bland offering to reduce young men from masterbation.

I've been on a workout / diet / munching rollercoaster for a year and I've learned how easy it is to gain weight after losing it. I don't think skipping breakfast hurts anybody! I need my coffee though.

I usually have breakfast and lunch but most of the time I skip dinner, only a few late night snacks here and there. Worked well for me so far. As for the "workout", I usually ride a bike or go for a walk after work or in the evenings, short hikes on weekend every now and then if the weather is nice. Somewhat managed to maintain my weight since 2020 when I went from 120 to 90 kg, nowadays I'm around 100 kg which isn't all that bad all things considered. I would like to get back to 90, though. Felt so much better back then. ^^

What do corn flakes have to do with jerking off?

Breakfast is literally the first meal of the day, it doesn't matter when it is eaten, as long as it is sustainable.

My breakfast is usually at lunch time, because that's when I get hungry.
Hence why we can have cake for breakfast, don't tell me cake isn't passable when pancakes are the same principle.

Trick question. If you are an incel gamerboy who lives on grandma's couch playing gamez all day then it hardly matters when -- or even if -- you eat.
