My Name is Toastybread631, and I have recently gotten interested into the world of modding my N3DS XL! If anyone could help me get Binding of Isaac USA, That would Be great, because every time I try to install it, a pop-up appears it needs to verify distribution information. Could anyone tell me what this means, please?

Like some File explorers probably. I got 3DShell from gamebrew but I think i got an older version

(Edit: Never mind just got it fixed due to the wayback machine
