Tony here. Just wanted to introduce myself before contributing. I'm a 39-year-old autistic gamer and now developer building tools for the community at large (from on-the-fly translation to centralized emulators update). I've playing since I was 5 first on my cousin's Amiga then my mother's Game Boy and the rest is history. PC, consoles, handhelds, I'm passionate about games and their history and wrote a few books about it, including the only book about Coleco. My most recent project is indexing Japanese video game magazines using OCR and machine translation to build a searchable database. I'va had some success but it's still a work-in-progress.
As a gamer, I'm a JRPG fanatic currently playing through my backlog and eagerly waiting for Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3.
