A long, long time ago, in the year 2016?-ish, support was added for custom FBI themes. A handful of talented community members came together to make themes and post them in various locations (including this forum), but with no one central place to share them, the fad quickly faded. Now, in 2026, I bring to you a possibly not-at-all-awaited storefront: the FBI Themes Unistore! I spent like 2-3 hours a few years ago looking through popular internet places to find all of the FBI themes still known to man, and archive all of them. Now, I've finally put them all together into one publicly available spot, and since it is a Unistore meant for use with Universal-Updater, the install process is really easy!
This unistore is in BETA currently, however ALL INSTALLS WORK.
I hope y'all enjoy it! I've tested it to the best of my ability, but if you find any issues or have ideas for improvement, let me know!

- Finish making previews
- A checker that validates/updates/repairs themes, bc a bunch of the ones I've collected have minor issues that should be fixed or are slightly outdated formats

- A: No, all I did was find themes and make this archive. All authors are properly credited to the best of my ability.
- Q: I decided to make an FBI theme! Can you add it to your store?
- A: Sure! Submit an issue on GitHub here: https://github.com/The0zymandias/FBI-Theme-Unistore/issues
- Q: Have you thought about asking for this to be a recommended store on Universal-Updater?
- A: Yes but I want to wait until it is more properly complete.
INSTALL:
- Make sure you have Universal-Updater on your 3DS
- Open Universal-Updater and then select the gear icon on the bottom left
- Select 'Select Unistore'
- At the bottom center, tap on the plus icon
- Select the QR icon in the bottom left and then scan this QR code.
- You can now swap between the default homebrew store (Universal-DB) and this FBI themes store by going to 'Select Unistore'.
