Create a new folder on system menu Crashing?

As Thread Title says , I cant create a folder on the system menu to organize Games etc.

For example Games Blue , NDS Grey , N64 Green , EShop Yellow , Apps Orange.

As soon as I click on empty tile to create folder console freezes and locks up , has anyone ever had this problem or have a solution to fix it.

I am running Aroma Autoboot via isfhax
2TB NVME Portable equal split for vWii and Wii U , I think problem may have started after installing via Wup Installer although I did use Nuspli.

Try booting without SD card and see if it happens without that too. If it only happens with the SD, then the file system on the SD is likely corrupted and you should check the SD on the PC

Ok without SD I go to Normal unpatched System Menu Profile etc as you know and yes I can create folders,
Is something to do with alternate Profile?

I mean when I load Aroma it like another Profile? and even more so with Pretendo enabled.

I have done a file system check on SD and it ok.

I used to run HaxChi to Homebrew Launcher before switching completely to Aroma and Tiramisu I also have Indexiine. But soley Aroma and ISFSHax now.

Once I started using Aroma I noticed the alternate Profile if I create folders or arrange games tiles it does not carry over via non aroma system menu.

I know this probably common knowledge but is that normal Aroma runs like a Virtual Temporary Profile?

I have only One Profile and if I create a folder without SD it does not show up with SD Card in like having Two different Profiles but there is only One.

If so how to delete repair it in case it the culprit is there a cache or something?

Aroma record the barista file to the SD. That one is likely to corrupted in your case. Remove it.

Homemenu barista file is definately the issue thanks

I just have to create folders without sd card and make sure barista file deleted before put sd card back in or delete via wii u cafe explorer or wiiushell.

you should also be able to create folders with the SD in, once you cleaned up the corrupted file. I would delete it on the PC. If you delete it on console, it might be in use

I think it being created every time via Homebrew on system Menu plugin?

I think I know what triggered it , I was using multiple SD Cards to install Titles and somewhere it messed up.

1.SD In AutoBoot into Aroma and Minute ini. = Create Folder System Crash.

2.SD Out Boot into Normal System Menu = Create Folders ok.

3.SD In AutoBoot into Aroma and Minute ini. = Folders I just created are not there and Cant Create Folders cause it will Crash , However if I delete Barista File Folders Show but still cant Create because it Crash.

Bit puzzling but if I manage to rectify I will post back , I will try disable some Aroma Plugins Inkey or the Homebrew Menu Plugins I think something to do with them?

I believe it has to do with plugins since I have the same issue. I uninstalled all, then reinstalled. Without no issue with issue
