Mate, thanks a lot for all your hard work!I combined the Flow and Source themes for each., it saves space and extra downloading. It is possible I will make a red theme and call it good...I probably will not announce a release but will probably be added tomorrow or Monday.
[BUTTON_2]@fledge68 Sorry to bother you again, but something I've been struggling with for years. How do I assign just RealNAND games to one source, and just EMUNAND games to another source. Whenever I do this, both sources end up getting both Real & Emulated NAND titles. I've never been able to figure out how to segregate them.

Magic numbers are ASCII encoded on Hex. On this case are ENAN & NAND respectively@fledge68 Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I've already tried that, but when I do that, both will show whatever "channels_type=" is set to, regardless if the plugin magic # is 454E414E or 4E414E44. I've never been able to figure out why. I've reset my settings etc, no difference. That's where Ive been stuck.
I get that, but both show whatever "channels_type=" is set to, rather than, ENAN or NAND. I can't figure out how to get either to discriminate.Magic numbers are ASCII encoded on Hex. On this case are ENAN & NAND respectively
so how did you make the emu nand? did you use a copy of your real nand to make a emu nand and then add games to it? if so did you remove the real nand channels from the emu nand?@fledge68 Thanks for the response. are you using wiiflow without a theme or with rhapsodii shima theme?@fledge68 Thanks agin.
I used WiiFlow to make the EmuNAND, and then deleted out all channels. After that, I used Wiiflow to add the games to the EmuNAND. Would you suggest another method?
I have done countless reload caches, no difference.
OK, this is interesting. The problem that I seem to be have is that the Channels Type setting is setting the behaviour for both the NAND and EMUNAND plugin, and not just the quick view button.
I will backup my wiiflow, and try this from scratch with a clean install nothing but a NAND and an EMUNAND source, and report back. If it works, I will build it up step but step to see if it breaks, or to claim victory over this problem that has literally vexed me for years.
yes you can set the source= to "emunand" or "realnand" instead of using plugin and magic. although that shouldn't be any different. only i notice was the titles for wii and gamecube. not sure whats up with the dot in the middle and if that would have any affect on wiiflow reading source menu ini.@fledge68 Gladly! As promised, I reset everything with a clean install. Here are the only files that are not "stock" from the 5.6.1 distro. This did not change the results. Just as described before, the "channels_type=" is defining what the EMU & NAND plugins show.
To answer your question, I was using my own custom theme, but for testing purposes have reverted to default.
EDIT: I did notice that if I set the source menu to use source “emuand” instead of the emu plugin & magic #, the Emu source works properly, but the “nand” source now also shows emu titles only.
so lets focus 5.6.1a and forget about the channels type setting in the main settings. that has nothing to do with clicking on a source menu button.@fledge68 Thanks for this! I tested it out. Here is what happens.
5.6.1
Source menu set to use EMU OR REAL plugin magic#, it will both SHOW whatever "channels_type=" is set to.
5.6.1a
IF Source menu set to use EMU OR REAL plugin magic#, it will both SET "channels_type=" to REAL & then SHOW whatever "channels_type=" has just been set to (always REAL). Once it is showing REAL titles, if I manually change "channels_type=" to show EMU, this will show EMU titles temporarily until the plugin is refreshed.
I am happy to test out a gecko print, or do anything.
