Hacking Sigpatches for Atmosphere (Hekate, fss0, fusee & package3)

Thanks for your suggestion @impeeza, if you mean this settings in the overlay I tried to turn it on/off and then restart the system but the log still report it unpatched.

Sorry, I tried to read a lot here, but it’s still confusing for me. I am on an old Atmosphere version and want to update this version and also the original Switch firmware to at least 20.5.

1. Is it okay to use the latest atmosphere if updating to 20.5.

2. Which are then the correct sig patches for the latest Atmosphere version and Switch version 20.5?

3. Can I still use the normal fusee which is coming with the atmosphere download?

The sigpatches file on this thread had files for all firmware/Atmosphère versions.

You always have to use the fusee.bin which is match with the atmosphère you are using, THEY TWO ARE A SINGLE PRODUCT. you must not mix fusee.bin and Atmosphère versions.

Unpatched = the pattern wasn't found by sys-patch on the current system so there's no need to patch them (only present if you turn off the Version skip in the Options). Also, since you're using sys-patch, you can safely remove sigpatches and stop using them. There's no need for two things doing the same thing, that's just an additional clutter on you SD card.

Would be OK then to use just the patches.ini file from the Sigpatches, and then let sys-patch Sysmodule 1.5.9 do the job?

Ah, that's a bit outdated info, I guess? ShadowOne333 hasn't been the one updating the first post in a while and impeeza's pretty much linking to the latest sigpatches nowadays, I doubt that he's updating anything else. I've been using sys-patch only for two or so years now? No issues whatsoever. At some point I was using both sigpatches and sys-patch as well but it was mainly before I started organizing the stuff on my SD card.

You can use or only SYS-Patches, or only SigPatches, or booth, sigpatches and sys-patch do the same in different ways. is up to you.

Recently there is a wave of people ditching sigpatches completelly, and using only SYS-Patches.

is your choice.

Ok, I would also use only sys-patch, but to avoid the nosigchk error, i still need to copy the patches.ini file from the sigpatches on the bootloader folder of my SD.
The sys-patch alone can not do the job. Right?

Because you didn't remove the line on hekate_ipl.ini file as estated on each post talking about removing sigpatches.

search for atmosphere releases in google. You will find the new fuse link in that page too. Or click here: https://github.com/atmosphere-nx/atmosphere/releases
the link given to sigpatches on the page 1 of this topic is the latest.
search for syspatch 1.59 in google. or click here than cick latest : https://github.com/impeeza/sys-patch
search for "hekate_ctcaer" in google or click here: https://github.com/ctcaer/hekate/releases

For example "Switch_90DNS_tester.nro" google it. You will need it to block original ip adresses of games.
Awoo installer.nro is which i prefer installing..google it and download 1.36 version. But you will need jdk-13.0.2_windows-x64_bin The latest one does not work for awoo in windows. Or click here : https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk13-archive-downloads.html

Lastly: You will need ns-usbloader. The latest one can be found here: https://github-com.translate.goog/d...tr_sl=en&_x_tr_tl=tr&_x_tr_hl=tr&_x_tr_pto=tc

i dont get it...
downloaded the latest Atmosphere,the latest hekate and the Sigpatches 1.5.9.
When i start a software it tells me : The Software is required to play the game
Also deleted the kip1patch=nosigchk from the emummc part
Used goldleaf to install software

Also got in Sys-patch:
All green patched beside: nifm ctest_20.0.0+ Unpatched, nim blankcal0crashfix_17.0.0+ patched

fw_version 21.2.0
ams 1.10.2
sys-patch 1.5.9
