Hey, I have a question: Is there a way to unlock the season pass in Sonic Racing Cross Worlds on Nintendo Switch CFW (Emummc)? So, via an xci/nsp or save file like with the Hatsune Miku DLC? Or do I need a server connection for that?
If you mean the free characters like Miku, Joker and Ichiban, you need to go online once to get each character when they release. The save file then gets altered to remember they are unlocked
There's a different thread here on GBATemp that has said save file for Miku. There's currently a different one that also unlocks Joker and Ichiban, but said save file loses access to Miku's board and doesn't have the other 2 vehicles (since they haven't actually been released yet).

One of the threads with the Miku Save File also had the DLC or at least a Link for them
I bought it, dumped it on my emummc and can use it
I didn't get the game legally either, but at least I got the DLC
