Until very recently, the LibXenon toolchain was not compatible with Winchester consoles. With the last Xell-Reloaded release being from 2021, it was not working on my Winchester console.
I got the LibXenon toolchain compiled on my Fedora linux box and after solving one last issue i was able to confirm this works on my Winchester console with a manufacture date of 03-17-2015.
I'm currently using XellLaunch to start it from Aurora. XellLaunch works by booting a file named xell.bin, which is the xell-2f.bin file in the official releases of Xell-Reloaded and this build. For ease of use I will include this already setup for you.

Aurora apparently supports booting .elf files too, so xell-2f.elf should work directly with the Aurora file manager but I haven't tried.
One thing about this is I don't think there is a way to exit Xell without turning off the whole console currently, which means you'll need to BadUpdate again.
