I really had to check, but no, Newsweek is not a 'the onion' kind of site, and no, it isn't April 1st.

But ey...the US is certainly on "the right track". Heck...it's heavily going into the far right track, and arguably the extreme right track.

I don't think his constituents share his idea, though. Perhaps Donald's campaign promises ("lower cost of living") could've been an indication.

The part I just fixed for you is what it is.

Here's my question, why were y'all chill about prices increasing for the past 4 years, and still put your trust towards the vice president who had every chance to help stabilize prices before to be the next president, but didn't do crap?? Then you're out here, just a month in, with a bird flu and 100 million chickens killed last year out of fear and think we did this???

Prices went up globally due to the pandemic and the ripple effect that had on production. The US was not immune to this, but fared better compared to many other countries under the Biden administration, but the MAGA types struggle with cause and effect, the passage of time etc.

So we weren't happy with it but understood what caused it and what realistically could or couldn't be done. Tarrifs are an intentional act which will make those in an already low socioeconomic status struggle further.

You're attempting to equate and combine inflation causing prices going up, and tarrifs causing the prices to go up as if it's some same thing both sides issue when that's furthest from the truth.

*eats popcorn.

Called it. And this is just the beginning.
Gotta love self-made inflation, lmfao.

Can't wait for more tariffs in two weeks and in April 2nd.
The Great Depression is upon us.
Since people never listen, experience will make them.

Let us repeat the same mistakes done in 1929. 😁

Who's campaign promised that they would fix these problems? “When I win, I will immediately bring prices down, starting on Day One. Prices are going to come down, and come down fast." - Trump.

Also, it doesn't matter that the Republicans believe that Russia is the aggressor or not.

Because cutting the Intelligence reports and suspending military aid completely send the opposite message.

Congratulations, USA. You are now an ally of what used to be your worst enemy. LMFAO

You've known Trump for years, you know that bitch exaggerates, everything takes time for good healing

And we're not in $20 million in debt from the Campaign unlike Kamala

This is damage control for a serial liar

And we're not in $20 million in debt from the Campaign unlike Kamala

That's irrelevant and it's whataboutism. That's debt not on the taxpayers.

Stop trying to detail this as you're known to do.

@Cranesbill "And we're not in $20 million in debt from the Campaign unlike Kamala"
That was a lie created by your master Trump and "Lies Social", it has been proven wrong.
As of Oct. 16, the Harris campaign had raised more than $997 million directly, including money raised by the Biden campaign before he dropped out. It had spent $880 million, meaning that through Oct. 16 the campaign had surplus of $118 million and was not in debt.
