exception occured (PLEASE HELP ME IDK WHAT TO DO)

So, ummmm... When I boot up my 3DS I get this error message.. (shown in image)
I accidentally installed something, I don't remember what exactly it was.. All I know is that it errors out when I try to boot into it.
It even fails to boot even if the SD card is removed, which implies that it's a problem with the sysNAND or something like that.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!! MY HANDS ARE LITERALLY SHAKING RIGHT NOW!!

edit: nevermind, my last sysnand backup came in handy

download boot.firm from the github for luma and manually place it on the sd card.
