Dump vWii nand is possible, but for recovering brick purpose AFAIK.

why don’t you get your wiiu, get the vwii on wiiu set up as you like (game saves, miis etc)

I was already using a dumped wii nand on sd card as emunand with cfgloader. All the WADs are installed there and it just works with vWii cfgloader without problems. With wii wbfs and nintendont games directories in sdcard our Wii just continued living in WiiU

Yeah, thanks, i really wanted to keep my like, 200 hours from mkwiiI was already using a dumped wii nand on sd card as emunand with cfgloader. As already mentioned, use the save game manager for transferring saves.
You'll have to install the loader to vWii and all the channel forwarders you'll need and enable it to use the existing content already on sd card. I don't think doing actual NAND transfer from Wii to vWii is an option.
