Zelda Ocarina of Time Cartridge save in CFW

I'm trying to get a legit cartridge save to run in a CIA-dumped version of the cartridge on my CFW system but when injecting the save it doesn't work. Is there any solution for that? There doesn't seem to be a way to mount 3ds files as a "virtual cartridge" on CFW either.
