I'm still convinced that you're not noticing so much difference with this pack because you're using USA version of the game. Most of the texture packs are not compatible within regions, and maybe you can only see a few textures updated with this pack because 90% of the textures here are only for the PAL version, they don't have the same hashes or names.

On that case, how you're able to load the texture pack from Bl4ckH4nd? That pack is only for NTSC version. Is very strange you can see changes/improvements with that pack and not with this one.
