Analogue Pocket has a GBC/GBA rumble feature that works with a DS Rumble Pak. However, EZ-FLASH OMEGA Definitive Edition isn't working with this new feature in its corresponding Mode B configuration. Does anyone know what's causing this issue and/or have a possible solution?

It's working with at least two other 3rd party units.

AFAIK the OMEGA DE functions the same as a DS Rumble Pak in its corresponding Mode B configuration on original hardware.
Keep in mind the OMEGA DE is still not fully Compatible with the Pocket and the other two are pure rumble cards that are probably a 1 to 1 replica of the Original Hardware. (Example: Games written to the NOR Flash are not Bootable on the Pocket)

Probably it will be fixed with a future Firmware Update for the Omega until then use one of the Copies or the Original Nintendo Rumble Pak.

Just to be clear, it's not the analogue pocket that has this feature per say, it's one of the user created cores.
The issue is probably with the core.
Thanks for bringing that to my attention. It looks like both are Spiritualized ahem unofficial cores.

Does rumble work on a regular GBA in mode B? I seem to remember trying it, and it not working.

EDIT: Forgot Mode B can include dedicated-rumble mode, not just dedicated-game mode.

That's why the EZ Flash Parallel was such a let down.

There used to be somehow Acekard 2i clones and DSOne clones, but they seem to have disappeared off the site, perhaps old remaining stock that they had lying around.

Speaking of Angband, why has no one ever made Angband 3D for the 3DS?
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@anotherthing, And a let down it was. I was quite fascinated when EZ-Flash announced the product, and wanted to buy it. But was let down by the reviews and the responses from people on here, hence why I avoided it like the plague, as if I really needed another one. I'm fine with what I've currently got atm. :P

@anotherthing, How was it? Did it suck per usual?

    It's very not exceptional.

I was expecting it to do something more than pretty much every other card out there, and it doesn't do anything more.

Understandable. I did try to warn others about this cartridge, but they didn't listen to me or anybody else about the EZ-Flash and bought them anyways, only to realise that they wasted their money.

@anotherthing, It acts kinda the same way as an Ace3DS+ cartridge, because it uses the commonly known Wood kernel as a base.

I have three EZ Flash Omega/DEs and I really was thinking that the EZ Flash Parallel would work similar to how the Omega worked. Where it recognizes the file extension and loads that file accordingly.

To play an NES game on the EZ Flash Omega, you just toss it on the SD card and select it from the menu and it loads it in to the NES emulator.

The EZ Flash Parallel just works like every single other card I have.

My wife just got a 3DS, and I was hoping that the EZ Flash Parallel was something I wouldn't have to walk her through.

I can walk her through how to do something like loading an NES game on a $10 cartridge.

At least she has a console to play games on. :D

I've never played Animal Crossing Wild World for a long time. Probably the best games on the system so far.

I hadn't played the game in about a year until she started playing it. My first day back involved a lot of weeding.

Speaking of chores, they need to be started in about six and a half hours, so I need to hit the sack.
