Managed to get my New 3DS XL working again. Turns out the motherboard and power board were both bad. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get my data back. I have a full nand backup of it and all the essential files, but I'm not sure how complete my backup of the SD card is as apparently the SD card physically died during my rsync command. SD cards aren't cheap right now either. Fun times.
