I may be stating the obvious here but SEGA really need to put more effort into the modern Sonic games. The disparity in quality between the movies and games is crazy

7 years of Sonic Mania. An incredible game that still feels like a miracle to me. It's everything I ever wanted in a new Sonic game. Replaying it just really just shows how much the team behind it just get classic Sonic. It honestly puts Superstars (aka Episode III) to shame.
Finally got around to Mario Odyssey... It's... Fine? Pretty boring and uninspired "challenges" for the moons and I really don't care for the photo realism approach in some levels.
