    I didn't use brick blocker, or any kind of patching. I installed the system update as I always do. Game seems to be working fine. So if you're just using a wiikey and not bothering with homebrew, it's just business as usual. Burn and play.

    wiikey on 4.1U so, old games seem to work. But anything moderately new always gives me a disc read error. I'm doing the same thing I've always done.

    I didn't want to have to deal with installing all of that soft mod stuff so I bought new mario bros today and I get a disc read error. NTSC wii 4.1U with an original wiikey and nothing else installed.

    Yeah it is a launch wii, I had read that yesterday and bought a wii cleaning kit, I was dreading that sending in my wii was the only option, which I obviously couldn't do.. But that wasn't the issue, ..at least I have a clean lens now. I was surprised at how much lint was on the cleaning pad.

    I have a U.S. wii fully updated to 1.9g My version of galaxy is NTSC, I used brick blocker on it. The title screen for mario shows on the wii menu, but as soon as I click start I get a black screen. I cant find the answer to this anywhere. Was I not supposed to use brickblocker? Preciate it.
