Do you know Spinachpalatschinken ? Not only as Filling.You can give some creamed Spinach into the Batter and fill the Pancakes with some sort of Cheese or Minced meat and gratinate it.
Or you can make a Filling like in Spring Rolls (with Cabbage, minced Meat, a few finely chopped Carrots),fold it (make sure the Endings are also "closed" and deepfry it.
