Uh, no. You need to re-read the details of this disc to digital feature again. BC just played OG/ 360 games from the disc, it did not install the game to your hard drive (with a digital license) and allow you to play those games without the disc...

There is no digital code. Theres a unique key embedded in the discs. When the disc is inserted into a new console the license is transferred over to the latest console and removed from the previous. So yes you can trade and resell.
