    Where's the best place to buy a wii U?
    Is it even worth it? Or should I get a mini PC next to the TV and put a bunch of emulators on it?
    I want to play 5 player Wii U games and 4 player Wii games with my brothers and cousins mostly

    While you could indeed use Bloopair on a modded Wii U (you absolutely should mod it, BTW) in order to use many other controllers over Bluetooth, if you want to play any motion/pointer games with friends, or especially Wii games (only supports Wii Remote), you need Wii Remotes instead.

    Thing is, I have a working gamepad but my Wii U is fucked. If 4 player play on Cemu is easy to do, and the gamepad can be connected, then I'd much rather have a mini pc than get another Wii U, since I can also be able to watch sports on it and stuff

    As far as I know, currently you can't use a real GamePad on anything but a Wii U, however there are ways to wirelessly stream your second screen to a handheld like a Steam Deck if you're willing to go through the trouble, or perhaps doing it the other way around.

    By the way, depending on how your Wii U is fucked (assuming eMMC corruption), you may be able to get it working again with Paid the Beak exploit.

    A "good remake", in my book, stays true to the original in most aspects, such as narrative, characterisation (including attire - no censorship of Tifa, for example!), and general gameplay, but modernises/updates controls, smooths over certain rough edges (such as typos, glitches, difficulty curve to an extent), and maybe adds reasonable new content.

    Pokémon FireRed/LeafGreen is a "good remake", for me, as it keeps the general outline of RB, but updates mechanics to Gen 3 standards, has almost none of the glitchiness of RB, and adds the Sevii Islands, which is "reasonable new content".
    LGPE, on other hand, scraps practically all of FRLG's goodness, and removes wild Pokémon battles and adds forced EXP Share, so that's not a "good remake". For example.

    FF7R...overall, for me, it's more akin to LGPE than to FRLG. Changes way too much, and sacrifices the charm and replayability of both the original PS1 game and a potential faithful remake just to be its own thing. FF7Remake suggested they wanted to break away from original canon, by literally 'destroying fate', only for Rebirth to attempt to realign itself to canon anyway. Wasted potential.
