This thread hopes to answer that one question. The one question that has had humankind pondering since the beginning of intelligent life. Why.
Why were the USA dump groups inactive or dead?
Why did Hadouken dump Miniland Mayhem?
Why , if they were caught by police/Nintendo not be publicized?
And finally, Will the missed games eventually get dumped.

If anyone knows anything useful to contribute to the solving of these questions, please post.
Thank you.

Currently known missed games:
Solitaire Overload Plus
Atari's Greatest Hits Vol. 1

999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors
Beyblade: Metal Fusion

A full list is here http://gbatemp.net/t265504-list-of-missed-undumped-usa-roms
If anyone knows any other missed games, please contribute

Because they're just not getting dumped. Maybe it's a rough economy, maybe they just have better things to do. But eventually yes, the missed games will be dumped. Until then, the European versions of most US games are identical outside of having maybe a few additional languages.

That's the purpose of this thread. To see if people have a possibility to what happened to them.

QUOTE(RoMee @ Nov 16 2010, 07:16 PM) they're all dead, nintendo had them all assassinated

Why stop at the US then?

Maybe they have a new security system at GameStop.
Maybe nobody really cares - exept 12 hardcore DS nerds here.

I'm sure the missing games will get dumped sooner or later. I count on private dumps now, but it's going to get difficult to find and collect these dumps once they arrive.

He forget how to put the "are" in between the "Why" and the "the". But yeah, Euro games are practically the same, even if I'd rather have NTSC.

But some games are NTSC only.

The US get games from Europe, and Europe got games from the US. But somehow there's a disproportion now.

...
Is it even ok to classify handheld game-regions in NTSC and PAL...? I mean, NTSC does stand for National Television System Committee...

I thought you could just rip the game using gamefly or another rental services copy. I figure sometimes the games get leaked else wise renting it and ripping it at a later date since it is difficult to get a new game early using a rental service and it seems to be a cost effective solution. I fail at english.......

Complaining about US and PAL releases is stupid. If its got english, and isnt a US exclusive, who really cares. Force the video mode/language, be happy.

Good luck forcing the video mode on newer games. Now you have to spend $500 to $1000 on a HDTV if you want to play PAL games. Of course, this doesn't apply to most handhelds.

Sorry, but need I remind you that were talking about NDS releases here?

You can get a HDTV for less than $200 now. It'll probably be >20" if you want a decent brand though.
