Someone (bilco01) has come across a website ndscardsale

The description for the Acekard is identical to the description that was on DealExtreme, it even has the same:

In stock and on hand (Dec 31, 2008): all placed orders can be shipped within 2 business days from ordering.
.
If you need this product quickly, order it separately from other items. Just like Deal Extreme had.

The stock code for the AK2i is 18728, the same as DealExtreme.

The Price is $12.97 including shipping, same as DealExtreme.

The photo's are identical to those on VolumeRate (wholesale sistersite of DX), but without the Volumerate Watermark.

Shipping is free, but like DX you get tracking if you spend over $16

The website was registered on "07 Dec 2009 01:56:17" but on their website they have:

This is relevant to my interests.
Dunno if I should trust it tho.

Oh elixer, it's some webshop system, downloadable, friend of mine uses it too.
So look and feel has nothing to do with DX

damn they sell just about every R4 clone there is

wonder how much supercard DSTWO is going to be if they decide to stock it, I also see that there is no cyclo there and perhaps no M3 of any kind (maybe mistaken on the M3 but I can't see any at a glance)

One of their images looks like they've removed the DealExtreme watermark in Photoshop

So I would wait for someone else to order from them incase it turns out to be a scam, or order the lowest possible value item off them to see if you acutally receive it.

This one might help a little more.

These are the last carts added to DealExtreme's website

They were added to DX's inventory on March the 18th, just 2 days before all flashcarts including workarounds were pulled from DealExtreme's site.

These look like they might be using the original unwatermarked images:

Take a look at the domain name records for the three of them - DX & PE both superficially share the same registrar, are registered via the same agent... NCS are registered another way.

NCS are hosted in the UK according to RIPE.NET's database - DX & PE are both hosted in the US.

I'd suggect that DX & PE Are related and NCS are trying to look the same to give that appearance of being related.

Remember, it's not kosher until someone on here actually orders and posts they've received the item.

If it were me, i'd wait for someone else to order from them incase it's a scam. They have a Valid HTTPS certificate, PayPal says the payment goes to "3C Shop"

I'm tempted to order a $0.99 tigram screwdriver to find out....

Seems to me they don't have bulkrate prices ... :S They should also put out some card readers and other stuff too ..

Yeah, DealExtreme is back! Well... In a sense.
I was worried that Dealextreme's insanely low prices may have been gone forever.

Although, doesn't this seem like kind of a lame move? I mean, now that there's a site that sells DS exploitation products exclusively, Nintendo and the other complainers will have more butthurt than ever.

To me ... the Big N has always "let" their hardware be compatible with 3rd Part cards . It's a marketing technique .... FlashCards = More Hardware Sold = More money ...

I'm pretty sure a DS Cart costs less than $1 ( think about it ... the most it can hold is about 128mb)
and they wouldn't care a bit if they sold it or not

Anyways ... I REALLY HOPE this is dealextreme ... and I REALLY HOPE they put BulkRate prices ...
