Is it possible to swap a save on a real DS cartridge? I mean, if you could use some Wi-Fi tool or something to overwrite the save on a cartridge?

yes, you can test few tools to do it.

We already talked about it on 2 other thread not so long ago.

Savesender (over wifi) seems to be the most used.
